Sponsored swims, cake baking and jewellery sales have seen a school raise £2,000.
Pupils aged 13 and 14 from Ursuline High School organised the activities to raise cash for the Wimbledon Guild.
They also sold hand-made greetings cars and took part in sponsored silences.
The charity praised the efforts of the Wimbledon school’s pupils – which helped them earn an enterprise award – on Monday.
Sarah Bandurka, the Guild’s marketing manager, said: “I am bowled over that Ursuline students thought of our charity.
"Every penny will go to support some of the most needy people in Merton.”
