Children took 50 pence pieces to school to buy gifts for Mothering Sunday.
Pupils at St Andrew’s Primary School, Cobham, donated gifts to the school such as chocolates and bubble bath.
They then brought in 50p to buy a present for their mums for Mothers Day, which falls on Sunday, March 18.
The parent teacher association arranged for the presents to be wrapped for the children or by the children themselves, dependent on their age.
All money raised went towards the school’s Learning without Walls project, to upgrade its playgrounds and outside areas.
