Who?

Riding Lights Theatre Company is an independent touring company, committed to taking high-quality theatre into the heart of local communities. What?

As London hosts the 2012 Olympic Games, none other than Baron Pierre de Coubertin (Sports enthusiast, French aristocrat and Devotee of English schools) welcomes you on a whirlwind trip to where it all began.

It’s glorious fun and games. Through a true story that everyone will want to know, with thrilling live action, crackly film, magical projection and frankly incredible stunts, the discus of history is given a hilarious new spin, appealing to sports fans and theatre nuts... everywhere!

"We hope that in offering something that will appeal to both sports fans and theatre goers, we will make a contribution to the Cultural Olympiad vision in our area."
