Streatham-Croydon are in the third round of the RFU Junior Vase thanks to a comfortable 36-12 win over Shooters Hill.

Andrew Daniels (two), Kai Casemiss and Vincent Augustine were among the tries, while Dan Markevics kicked a penalty and four conversions to put the Kent League One side to the sword.

Streatham scored first through a penalty from fly-half Markevics.

This was followed by the opening try of the match from Daniels following a next exchange of passes incorporating much of the Streatham backline.

It was the first of a brace of tries for Daniels who was joined by fellow winger Casemiss in continuing a rich vein of scoring form.

After the break,  Streatham scored two quick tries while the hosts were down to 14 men.

Excellent work by the Streatham pack, with Ben Reeves and Jack Kebble noticeable members, ensured a period of possession and quick ruck ball.
The final try for Streatham from winger Augustine was a prompt riposte to a bullish second score by the home side.

Streatham have no game this weekend and host Law Society on November 24 in the league.
