Brentford midfielder Jake Reeves has signed a new two-year deal with the Griffin Park outfit.
The 19-year-old, who has made seven appearances this season, will remain with the Bees until the summer of 2015.
Bees boss Uwe Rosler told the club website: “Jake has come through the youth ranks to be a full member of the first-team squad. “There is more to come from him. He is still a very young player and has the potential to be even better.
“Jake is a player with a great attitude, good technical ability and understanding of the game. “I look forward to working with him over the next few years.”
The central midfielder, who has been a regular in Brentford’s matchday squad this season, signed the contract just before playing for the Bees’ development squad.
He helped them to a 2-1 win against Swansea City in their latest U21s Professional Development League Two South match.
