England might have missed out on the Six Nations title, but Harlequins full back Mike Brown is already thinking of the next challenge.

Head coach Stuart Lancaster's men best Italy 52-11 on Saturday, but Ireland's dramatic 22-20 triumph in France denied them the crown as Brian O'Driscoll rounded off his international career in style in Paris.

Brown collected his third man of the match award of the tournament at the weekend and will head to New Zealand with England this summer as Europe's premier 15.

And the Quins star  is relishing the prospect of testing himself against the world champions.

"New Zealand are the number one team in the world and we're going to their back yard. It's a great challenge for us," he said.

"Now that this Six Nations is done and dusted, we're excited about New Zealand. It will be great. We aspire to achieve what they've achieved and to be like them.

"There's a lot of confidence in the squad that we can push New Zealand.

"We're making strides with our attacking game and can make teams uncomfortable in defence and attack."
