Twickenham skipper Carlos Nunes led from the front as his side claimed borough bragging rights over Richmond last Saturday.
Nunes hit an unbeaten 76 as – assisted by David Russell (26) – the Ts chased down 157 on the Green to secure a third home win of the Middlesex County League Premier Division season.
Middlesex second team paceman Rashid Mullahzadah (5-49) and Maaz Haffeji (2-27 caused havoc as Richmond were reduced to 45-5 after being asked to bat first.
Tom Hemmingway (42) got his side up to three figures and some respectability before falling to Parminder Singh (3-40).
Left arm seamer Steve Stacey (5-40) had Twickenham – now up to third in the table – wobbling at 55-5 in reply before Nunes got his side home to keep his men in touch with league leaders Teddington at the top of the table.
A remarkable spell of bowling from David Keightley saw Teddington to a comfortable 136-run win at struggling Brondesbury that saw them leapfrog Ealing – held to a winning draw by Finchley – in the standings.
Keightley claimed 8-33 as the hosts were dismissed for 118 in attempting to chase down Teddington’s 254-6 declared.
Earlier, stand-in skipper James Wade (64) had shared in a 134-run opening partner ship with Harry Bush (78) to set their side on its way to victory.
Fixtures: Richmond v Stanmore, Teddington v Hornsey, Finchley v Twickenham.
