Herne Hill strengthen league position

Herne Hill strengthened their National Two position by finishing fourth at Swansea.

Sprinter Robert Graham gained a fine double, winning the B 100m (11.01) and 200m (22.44).

Lawrence Mensah finished second in the A 100m (11.00).

Fresh from his inter-counties triumph, Simon Wurr smashed his personal record to win the 3,000m steeplechase in blustery conditions (8:56.06). Irishman Mike Dyer won the 800m (1:53.66).
