Dulwich's long expected relegation from Surrey Championship Division One was confirmed on Saturday, with defeat at Normandy.

Old Whitgiftians and Beddington also lost at the weekend but defeat for Ashtead at Cheam meant they are guaranteed to stay up with three games to go.

Dulwich have spent most of the season propping up the league and have just 16 points from their 15 games this season - 13 of which came from their one win over Farnham.

On Saturday, opener Frankie Brown scored 65 but they fell 51 runs short of Normandy's 226 as they were bowled out for 175. They go to Camberley on Saturday.

Old Whitgiftians were bowled out for 119 as they lost to champions Leatherhead by seven wickets and Beddington lost to Camberley by 140 runs despite Tom Caines taking six wickets.

Old Whitgiftians are at Ashtead on Saturday and Beddington are at home to Farnham.

In Division Two, Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian and Purley are still not safe from relegation.

Trinity suffered a narrow one-wicket defeat to fellow relegation battlers Ashford while Purley were bowled out for just 55 as they lost by 10 wicket to Worcester Park.

It leaves Trinity 19 points and Purley 15 points ahead of Ashford with 30 points left to play for.

Both will confirm their safety if they beat Worcester Park and leaders Esher this weekend and Ashford lose to Walton-on-Thames.

In Division Three, there is a crunch game between Chipstead, Coulsdon & Walcountians and Addiscombe this Saturday that could decide where the second promotion spot goes.

Both won impressively at the weekend, with Chipstead beating Streatham & Marlborough by 184 runs and Addiscombe defeated Churt by nine wickets.

Chipstead remain in pole position, 16 points ahead of Addiscombe and know victory this weekend will confirm promotion.

Addiscombe themselves need to win to stay in with a chance and hope Chipstead slip up in their final two games.

In Division Five, Southern Railway & Kenley have been relegated after a 25-run defeat to bottom-club SinjunGrammarians, while Sanderstead sit in fourth followed a 90-run defeat to Godalming.

Kenley go to Stoke D'Abernon on Saturday and Sanderstead host Hampton Wick Royal.
