Cronx Brewery beers on the menu at Selhurst Park this Saturday
As the winter months draw in fans at Crystal Palace Football Club might want a pint of ale to warm them up after a difficult start to the season.
The Cronx Brewery, run by Palace fans Mark Russell and Simon Dale, are selling some of their popular Entire Porter at the game against Everton this weekend.
The porter, which was drunk by Prince Charles when he visited Croydon last year, will be sold in The Cronx Bar in the Lower Holmesdale stand, the Glaziers Bar and the Wright and Bright Bar.
In addition to this the brewery will also be selling their Kotchin Blonde in Crystals, The Cronx Bar, The Johnson Bar and the Red and Blue Bar in the Upper Holmesdale stand.
Bottles will also be available in areas where glass is allowed.
Mr Dale, one of the Cronx brewers, said: “There have been a few changes to the beer recently.
“Other than in Crystals our beer is now served as true, on yeast, real ale. This means the quality of the beer is not lost as easily. We have had good feedback so far.
“Our Porter is being sold this weekend and it is a perfect beer for the colder weather. Make sure you order the right beer as there is a bit of choice now.”
He added: “Get down there early, have a beer, have some food, and get in the mood for a sell out game.”
