Kingstonian boss Alan Dowson says he will not be panicked into buying the wrong players to reignite their Ryman Premier League campaign.
Ks, on the back of one win in six games, including Tuesday night’s 2-0 defeat at struggling East Thurrock United, have dropped to fifth in the table.
Dowson said: “I have been taking my time to get the right players, and we should have three in next week.
“These are not players to replace who I’ve got, they are to strengthen the side.”
He added: “I am getting stick from fans saying we’re falling away like we have done before.
“But I can tell you we will be in the play-offs at the end of the season.”
Ks trip to Ash United in the third round of the Surrey Senior Cup last night [Thursday] was postponed.
