Tony Pulis has come under intense fire from his own fans in the aftermath of West Bromwich Albion’s 2-0 defeat at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

After successive defeats, the Baggies sit 17th in the Premier League table, four points above the dropzone.

Meanwhile, as we go into the international break, the Eagles are flying high in fourth.

After Saturday’s performance at Selhurst Park, where West Brom had just two shots on target, fans went to the club’s forums to vent their anger.

Crystal Palace: Going back to basics suits Zaha down the ground

Senior Baggie wrote: “Absolutely shocking performance. As bad as I can remember. No intent whatsoever in winning this game.

“Credit to Palace as they were a joy to watch. I bet Palace fans are delighted Pulis walked out on them.”

WBA Newbie said: “What will Pulis blame today? It's his signings his game plan. There cannot be a team in the whole top four divisions that has less attacking intent than WBA.”

WBA coach wrote: “I'd prefer to finish 20th with a new manager than a season of this. Even if we scrape survival. I'd be surprised if there's a team in England with less attacking ambition.

“Get him [Pulis] out now. Nothing is worth this.”
