Neal Ardley wants his players to take the quality that won a point at League Two leaders Northampton into AFC Wimbledon’s third successive top of the table clash this weekend.
The Dons, in eighth. host fourth-placed Accrington Stanley on Saturday - a side that were unbeaten in five before a shock 1-0 defeat at struggling Yeovil Town on Tuesday night.
Ardley’s men lost out to second-placed Oxford United last weekend prior to Tuesday night’s draw at the Cobblers.

He said: “It was a great performance at Northampton, but the boys were a bit flat afterwards because they did enough to win.
“I’m proud to be a part of that game and certainly we deserved at least a point from it.
“The energy, the commitment - I thought that was a really good advert for League Two. Two of the better teams in the league going toe-to-toe.”
He added: “I have to rebuild them for the Accrington game because it will be tough.
“They are a really good side, I have watched them a few times and they fully deserve to be where they are in the league.”
