Brentford boss Mark Warburton says his side will not shy away from the challenge of a London derby.

The Sky Sports cameras will be focusing on Griffin Park when the Bees and Fulham go head to head in the Championship tonight.

He said: “It’s on Sky Sports, it’s Griffin Park under lights and it will be a packed house – fantastic, “The players relish that type of challenge, that is what they all work so hard for.

“There are no players in my squad who will shy away from that.

“They’re looking forward to it and it’s important to turn up, give a good performance which will get us the right result and keep the supporters happy.”

While Warburton is revelling a run of three straight Championship wins, he knows how quickly it can change, something he has drilled into his stars.

“We’ve had a good run of three wins and it has changed the perception of the table, we’re sixth, and now we want to cement our place and go again,” he said.

“It’s important that we look at what we’ve done well, what we can do better and what has got us in this position.

“If we can focus on that and improve on those key areas, we’ll be OK.”

He added: “If we drop our standards, we remember Middlesbrough and getting beaten 4-0, the margins are that fine.”
