Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has ruled out any approach for Liverpool’s want-away winger Raheem Sterling.

After this weekend’s final Premier League game of the season against Swansea City at Selhurst Park, thoughts will turn to who stays and who goes, and, more interestingly, who comes in.

And Pardew has been quick to hail Wilfried Zaha and Yannick Bolasie ahead a summer where suitors will be knocking on their door.

He said: “I'm hopeful we won’t lose too many players, but that doesn't mean a head can't be turned.

"But it's going to take a lot of money to make us sell.

“Players need to look at us and see we're a stable club, we have good finances.

"We need to be up there with Everton, Villa and maybe Spurs.”

He added: “The board have backed me in the transfer market and backed me to come here. The senior players here are a credit to the game.

“And I can categorically tell you that we're not in for Sterling. We're quite happy with Zaha and Bolasie.”

Legend: Alan Pardew has urged fans to get to Selhurst Park on Tuesday night for the goalkeeper's testimonial

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Julian Speroni will not line up against Swansea City on Sunday as it comes just three days ahead of the Argentinean’s testimonial against his former club Dundee.

It means Wayne Hennessey will get his second consecutive start after featuring in last weekend’s 3-1 win at Liverpool.

Pardew said: “Jules is an icon here. His testimonial is on Tuesday, so he's not starting on Sunday. Get down here Tuesday to see him.

“Jules is our number one, and Wayne is getting a couple of games. That's it for our goalkeeping situation.”

He added: “On Sunday we are definitely trying to win against Swansea, for our fans, because our home form has been poor.

“We have a great set of players, great staff. Whatever happens on Sunday, it's been a tremendous season for us.”
