New Everton boss Ronald Koeman is ready to join the chase for West Brom striker Saido Berahino, reports say.
The 22-year-old is the subject of interest from a host of Premier League clubs and Watford reportedly tabled an offer for his signature last week.
It is understood that Berahino wants to seal a summer switch and is unwilling to sign a new West Brom contract.
The former England U21 star was on the verge of joining Tottenham last summer but the Baggies held onto the forward.
But Berahino is expected to leave the Hawthorns this summer and Koeman hopes to make him his first signing as Everton boss, according to the Daily Mirror.
While Koeman, who was unveiled as Everton manager on a three-year deal today, wants to sign Berahino, Crystal Palace and Premier League champions Leicester have also been linked with the player.
