Andre McCollin scored his first goal in eight games to fire Kingstonian to a 2-1 win at Margate, and keep their play-off hopes alive.
After going a goal behind on the Kent coast, Daniel Sweeney levelled before McCollin’s 21st league goal of the season sealed all the points.
Ks remain in sixth, level on points with Bognor Regis (fourth) and Hornchurch (fifth), but having played up to two games more.
At the other end of the table, Carshalton Athletic’s survival hopes took another dent with a 4-2 defeat to promotion chasing Wealdstone at Colston Avenue.
Goals from Paris Hamilton-Downe and Jason Henry twice brought the Robins level, but the Stones proved too strong in the second half.
Met Police followed up the mid-week win over league leaders Dulwich Hamlet with a 1-0 home defeat to Hendon, and there was also defeat for Hampton & Richmond Borough who went down 2-0 at home to Canvey Island.

Leatherhead’s chances of automatic promotion took a hit after former Tanners favourite Tommy Hutchings inspired his new side Merstham to a 3-2 win.
A brace from Theo Fairweather-Johnson was not enough, but Tanners remain second in the table.
Gabriel Odunaike and Malik Ouani fired Walton Casuals to a 2-0 win at Hendon, while Tooting & Mitcham also enjoyed a 2-0 win on the road – goals from Tinashe Nkoma and Max Noble ensuring a third consecutive win for the Terrors.
Another team enjoying a rich vein of form is Walton & Hersham – an Andrew Mensah double saw off Hastings United 2-0 and clinched a third win on the bounce.
Meanwhile, Corinthian Casuals came back to earth with a bump on the back of a 4-0 defeat at home to Hythe Town.
Prior to the weekend clash, the Casuals had gone three games unbeaten – scoring 11 goals in the process.
