Sutton United boss Paul Doswell is on the look-out for clubs to take on his development players for much-needed game time.
Tommy Wright, Hamish Galbraith and Emil Salam all featured as second half substitutions in Tuesday night's 2-0 pre-season defeat to a Crystal Palace XI.
And while Doswell's has confidence in them if needed in an emergency, he also knows their development is key - even if that means going elsewhere.
"Tommy, Emil and Hamish will be training with on Tuesdays and Thursdays," he said.
"But realistically they won’t be in the match day squad yet, although if there was an injury I am confident enough to bring them in.
"What I need to do is find a club that will play them on a Saturday in maybe Ryman Divison One South or Ryman Premier, all three are capable and all three would probably be player of the match week in week out.
"It’s something we’re looking at. There are a dozen development games to come in the season but that’s not enough."
