Hampton & Richmond Borough boss Alan Devonshire is preparing for what he describes as his toughest season in charge by re-shuffling his backroom team.
The former West Ham United legend has promoted reserve team manager Mark Harper to become his assistant for the forthcoming Blue Square South campaign.
The ex-Aldershot Town and Farnborough Town centre-back lifted the Suburban League Northern title with the reserves last year and leaves his assistant Andy Smith in charge.
