Sutton Schools Borough U11s, bounced back from their disappointing goalless draw last week with this dynamic win against Woking in the league on Saturday.

Sutton had all the early play and took the lead when George Miller’s header was deflected in. From that point it was all Sutton as Matt Shaw scored with a spectacular long range shot and Miller’s quick feet worked space for Sutton’s third. Miller added another before Tate Greenaway converted a penalty to provide a comfortable five goal lead by half time.

In the second half, Sutton took complete control and started to pass the ball with confidence. Greenaway grabbed two more goals for his hat trick, skipper Alfie Doughty hit the post at the same spot twice and Bill Vanstone wrapped things up with Sutton’s eighth.

Sutton player of the match with a confident and cultured display at full back was Joe Hardy. Sutton travel to Newbury this Saturday for a Southern League game.
