Met Police have signed defender Ricardo Joseph from Carshalton Athletic.
Joseph made 37 appearances for the Robins in last season’s Ryman Premier campaign, but he could not prevent their relegation.
Manager Jim Cooper said: "Ricardo is a versatile left-sided player who can fill in at left back or left midfield, which is a great advantage to us."
While more signings are not immediately imminent, Cooper has his work cut out trimming down the 49 players that turned up for training on Monday.
He said: "That will take some doing, but as training sessions go by, I will learn more about the players and decisions will come easier."
Met have announced their pre-season schedule: Walton Casuals (a, July 13), Hillingdon (a, July 20), South Park (h, July 23), Moneyfields (a, July 27), Merstham (a, July 30), Corinthian Casuals (a, Aug 1), Basingstoke (h, Aug 3) and Whitehawk (h, Aug 5).
