Sutton & Epsom will face Chobham in the final of the Surrey Trophy after beating Cobham 37-12 in Saturday’s semi-final.
Austin Sheppard, Dave Cook, Dave Weller , Charlie Purvis, Eric Duey, Ian Knott and Jack Wilson got the tries, while Sam Hurley kicked a single conversion.
Both sides made changes for the semi-final, but Sutton's strength in depth was soon apparent.
The weather played a big part, too - with a cocktail of bright sunshine, a swirling raw breeze and eventually rain and hail, Sutton made the most of the first-half elements to register three tries through Duey, Knott and Wilson.
Having scored on the stroke of half-time, to cut the deficit to 17-7, Cobham might well have thought they could turn the tables in the second period.

However, knowing it would profit them little to kick away possession, Sutton switched to ball-carrying mode, and with a hungry pack eating up the ground with some punishing drives, and then spreading the ball wide when the opposition line appeared.
Sheppard, Cook, Weller and Purvis added four more tries in a rampant
20-minute spell, at which point the referee ended proceedings some five minutes early.
The final takes place at Esher RFC on Monday, kick off 4pm.
