On Saturday I went to Wallington and parked in the town hall car park.
I was horrified – the car park was dangerous as it was like a scene from Dancing on Ice. I want to support business in my local high street but how can you do this when the Liberal Democrat council make the car park dangerous.
I then went into the local post office and had to wait ages to be served as only three positions were open. We used to have a fine crown post office in Wallington, but not anymore.
I am finding it difficult to find out what I am paying council tax for.
Surely some grit would not break the council budget.
My mother is disabled and I have been informed the bays in Throwley Road can not be policed to stop nondisabled people to park there. Every weekend now it is a free for all and someone will get hurt there very soon.
