Letter to the Editor: Fed up with speed humps
I cannot be the only motorist in Sutton who is fed up with the continual bleating about excessive traffic speeds.
Nor can I be the only bus passenger fed up with being thrown about every time a bus goes over yet another speed hump or table.
If you really think cutting speeds further will reduce accidents and fatalities, then why not introduce the requirement for a man to walk in front of every car carrying a red flag and take out all the speed humps.
