As a Sutton resident for nearly 40 years, I would like to write in praise of the really friendly and helpful staff at St Helier Hospital.
In years gone by, they provided a great starting point at the birth of our children.
As someone now in his 60s, and finding myself needing their services more frequently than I would like, I would like to compliment them on their continued efforts to meet patients’ needs.
The dermatology department recently went out of its way to get me an appointment I needed in a hurry.
If you are wandering the corridors, looking for a department, a member of staff will often stop and ask if they can help you.
I am not sure if other hospitals are this helpful, but long may we have our hospital working for its patients as they do currently, and in its current location, right where it is needed.
