Music producer and part-time lecturer at Carshalton College, Andy Brook has received a triple nomination by the prestigious Music Producers, Guild, for UK Producer of the Year, Breakthrough Producer & Breakthrough Engineer of 2013.
Andy, who teaches music production and recording studio skills on the College BTEC Music Technology courses, has been recognised for his work with artists such as Wonk Unit, Thea Ford, Casino 13, Swagga, The Loyalties, The Role Models and Shush.
Martin Smith, Head of the Music Technology department, said “Andy is a great teacher and we all know how brilliant he in the recording studio. We are really pleased that his talent and skill is being recognised in this way.”
The MPG awards ceremony will be held at the Cafe De Paris on Thursday 7 February 2013. Watch this space!
