On behalf of myself and the members of the Worcseter Park Residents Association, I would like to place on record our sincere condolences to Eve, Ray's widow, and the rest of the family at his recent tragic sudden passing away.

Ray was unique, not only was he a very loyal and protective family man, but he was also a very staunch local activist often bringing fear into the hearts of local area Chairs (definitely including myself!) because like a Jack Russell Terrier when he got the bit between his teeth on an issue you knew he was never going to let it go or give the Chair and the audience an easy time by not hearing him!

But , most of all, he believed passionately in improving the quality of life for all of the residents living in Worcester Park. He certainly helped me on more than one occasion with local issues and campaigns, although I must say he always gave the me impression that he thought I was a little too "accommodating" for my own good on some occasions.

He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.
