Competitors from a cancer charity are celebrating their success after swimming, cycling and running last weekend at The Michelob Ultra London Triathlon to raise funds for care and support in the community for anyone affected by cancer.

The Cancer Resource Centre, Battersea entered the event for the first time this year with a team of 8 people who have raised over a £1.000.

Bridget Cambridge pictured above with James Sinclair and Ramnathan Jeyaraman competed together in the Team Sprint Relay. Bridget said; "It was a wonderful opportunity to take part in a great London event while supporting such a worthy service. It was so inspiring that I hope to compete next year in the individual events."

This event follows another recent fundraising success for the Centre at The London British 10K on Sunday 2nd July 2006 where 80 runners raised over £7500.
